What is Meditation?
Meditation is being in the state of relaxed alertness…to be in the state of complete nonresistance…it is being centered and being conscious of your connection with Source…And then relaxing and listening to our Higher knowing…we can then begin to recognize and release our limiting false beliefs.
As meditation becomes our steady practice we can break old patterns and create new ones. We can make Lifestyle changes without struggle or willpower. And then as you make your shifts and changes be sure to look for new way of being.
When you are meditating on your own be sure to find a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed, close your eyes and breathe and then just be quiet. Know that your meditation practice is like any other workout…it may seem difficult at first and you may feel like you are just not good at it. Just remember what it’s like to achieve success at any new skill we wish to develop. So just like a muscle of the body, our practice will become stronger an more effortless each time we do the exercise.
